Qualifications:
Native or Non-Native
With or without BPO Bilingual Experience.
Fluent with both English and Japanese language (written, reading and speaking)
Flexible to work in morning and mid shift schedule .
Amenable to work in Taguig City


Key responsibilities:
Answers inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries and also to handle and resolve customer complaints.
Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Ability to establish phone conversation and rapport with customers.
