We are a well-known multi-national Internet company in the Philippines, operating for more than 10 years, with more than 2000 employees from 27 countries.

We provide flight ticket and 9G working visa for foreign employees. The office is located in Makati, the central business district of Manila.

We are hiring for the position of Korean Customer Support Associate.
Job details as below. Intermediate English ability is required as the working environment is multi-cultural.


Benefits:
• After regularization, you will enjoy 10 vacation leaves for first year, 12 days for second year, 15 days for third year, 10 sick leaves and 10 hospitalization leaves every year.

Responsibilities:
• Support work for Korean clients

• Support work for clients through email

• Daily translation work (blurbs, ticker, updating contents)


Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma or Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.

• Required language(s): English, Korean

• Has good customer support knowledge

• Willing to learn new knowledge and skills

• Excellent telephone and chatting skills

• Willing to work in shifting schedule (3 shifts, monthly rotation)

• Willing to relocate here in Manila - Makati City (RCBC Plaza)

2. 업무 : 한국어 고객상담원(채팅상담 95%, 이메일&전화상담&기타 5%)

3. 인원 : 2명

4. 자격 : 여성, 연령제한 없음 (다만 휴학생은 취업비자 불가능하므로 지원받지 않습니다)

5. 급여 : 수습기간 73,000 & 식대 + 주거비 별도 지원 (6개월후 정규직/급여인상)

6. 근무 : 주 5일근무(8시간) 3교대 근무
8시간 이상 근무시 연장근무수당 제공되며, 밤 10시 - 아침6시 까지는 야간근무수당제공
휴일에 일할시, 휴일근무수당 제공
