• With or without BPO Experience
• Willing to work in Taguig City

Responsibilities:
• Handles customer care especially Koreans through phone calls, chat, and email
• Giving assistance to Koreans with their emergency concerns and issues for Airline account
• Properly addressed the concerns and inquiries of customers
