JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handling and replying to Korean customer inquiries through email, chat and phone calls
- Maintaining customer relations.
- Data entries of event results in the systems.

OTHER DETAILS:
- This is a well-established multinational company located at Techzone Building, Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City.
- We have over 500+ employees from different countries
- 10 hours a day, 5 Working days with 2 days off, 28 days annual leave and monetary incentive for perfect attendance
