가보고 싶은 곳이 많네요. 요즘 방콕에서 쇼핑몰들 돌아다니는데 혼자라서 좀 재미가 없어요. 맛잇는것 먹어도 재미가 없고. 필리핀 언제 들어 갈 수 있으려나.

아이라 스텐필 (Ira Stanphill 1914-1993) 은 Singer, and Gospel song writer 였으며, 교회 목사이기도 했습니다.

1949년 함께 찬양 사역하던 아내 젤마가 시험에 빠지게 되고, 그 길을 벗어나지 못하고 이혼을 당하게 됩니다.

아이 양육권마저도 빼앗겼고, 졸지에 가정이 무너지는 아픔을 당하게 됩니다.

이 힘든 고난 중에도 스텐필 목사님은 주님께 엎드렸고 주님은 그와 함께 하셔서 고난을 이기게 하십니다. 이 간증이 만든 노래입니다.
