고객 서비스 직원 (Customer Service Staff)

Job Description
- Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone, and a-live clients.
- Maintaining customer relations.
- Providing feedback to Supervisor on customer’s needs/feedback.
- Preparing and generating reports and relating customer queries.
- Researching into customer’s queries/concerns
- And all other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department concerns into the systems.

Qualifications

- The candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or diploma course, any field
- Proficient in English and Korean Language (spoken and written)
- Must be knowledgeable in the use of electronic mail (email), live chat, and other online communication tools

Working Condition:
- Workplace: Techzone Building, Sen. Gil Puyat, Makati City, Ph
- Working hours: 5 days in a week, 2 days off
- Working mode: BPO like company
