필요 역량:
- 한국어 및 영어 능통자 (말하기, 읽기, 쓰기)
= 필리핀에 거주하는 한국인 또는 해외
- 칼리지 2학년 이상
- BPO/ CSR 경험이 있으신 분 우대
- Taguig City에서 일할 용의가 있음

Responsibilities (담당 직무):
- Handle medical related inquiries and ensure to address in a professional manner
- Deliver first level support in providing resolution of customer complaints/inquiries
- Manage to keep all the complaints and inquiries documented and information are accurate
- Ensure to provide resolution to clients that is within the company’s standard procedures
- Participate in sharing new ideas and innovation to develop the areas of expertise of the company
