Job Title: Korean Customer Service Associate
Industry: German Industrial Engineering Company (Shared Service/BPO)

-Direct Hire

-With or without experience

Qualifications (자격):
-Native
-Basic customer service only
-At least College level OR fresh graduates
-With or without Experience
-Fluent with both English and Korean language
-Shifting or Morning shift
-Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig

Responsibilities(책임):
(Basic customer service only)
-Answers inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries and also to handle and resolve customer complaints;
-Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.
