Summary of Job:

The VIP Host is an associate role that serves as the front line of VIP Services Operations, serving as the VIP’s first point of contact at the front desk and ensuring that the VIP guests’ experience at the property is seamless and hassle-free by attending to the VIPs’ needs and requests and coordinating arrangements for their transportation, hotel accommodations, and other external activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

VIP Meet and Greet

- Receive, validate, and escort guests upon arrival at the airport or at the property/VIP gaming area
- Attend to front desk queries and requests with regard to promotions, programs, and general gaming information
- Endorse VIP guests to the proper team or authority when query or request is outside of the job scope

Nature of Work:

- May involve sitting or standing for long periods of time
- Requires working in a crowded indoor area with second-hand smoke and high noise levels
- Requires working rotational shifts, graveyard and odd hours, and on weekends
- May involve handling difficult or demanding guests/players
- May involve traveling to locations outside of the property
